Work diary- 2nd edition

Had my first day of work at the factory today, and as expected, it’s going to be much like last year. Lots of intricate machinery, lots of confusing abbreviations and acronyms, and lots of stuff for me to look up in technical dictionaries. But I’m not complaining. They’ve got quite the cafeteria, there are coffee vending machines all over the place and I could even smoke at my workplace (if I didn’t care that everyone else is smoke-free). And I get paid for that as well. If only I didn’t have to start at 7 AM.
