#linklog: "Matt Mullenweg on everything"
I'm a fan of Matt Mullenweg, probably because he just gets it. I find this more than two hours long interview a great way to end this year and welcome the next. #

#filmlog: Terri, 2011 - ★★★★

Coming of age, in pyjamas. A nice little film with great little moments. Not loud, but effective.

#filmlog: Saltburn, 2023 - ★★★★½

It's quite a feat to make a film littered with despicable people, but still make it fun. I liked it a lot.

#filmlog: Rebel Moon - Part One: A Child of Fire, 2023 - ★

This felt more like an exercise in how to make a wholly unoriginal film. I'd love to praise it for not being based on any existing IP, but that would mean I'd have to ignore the fact that it's based on more or less every IP while pretending not to be. Not a fan of the abundance of CGI either, and the lense flares are of Abramic proportions.
