Since I wasn’t here when it happened, I didn’t comment at all on the “Non” by the French on the European Constitution. Now, I’m not a specialist in that field, so I won’t even try arguing for one side or the other. Unfortunately, I’m also not in a position to say anything about the content of the constitution either. I did visit the official website of the Austrian chancellery in order to obtain a free copy of the constitution. And they did send me an email stating that they’d received my request and soon I’d be the happy owner of a copy of the European Constitution. Well, almost a month later, I still am not. So in the end, they obviously don’t really give a fuck.
