Ok, I think I’ve made myself clear, regarding the early demise of the president Dr.Tomas Klestil.
What still strikes me as more than odd though, is the unbelievable programming technique of national TV. Ok, that one with the IT-staff was an excusable mistake, but why the hell do they cancel their normal program, just to broadcast one tear-jerker movie after the other? I mean, The Mighty, a movie about a troubled fat boy and a terminally ill, crippled genius. And right after that, they show “Good Will Hunting”. Are they trying to make everyone cry, so mourning for the president seems more authentic? Or is it their way of implying that the president was a genius? I don’t get it, but maybe you can tell me.
