Bloglines

Since finding out what exactly Bloglines is about, and setting up an account, I’v been hooked to that service. The fact that it integrates perfectly with Firefox due to numerous extensions doesn’t help to cure me from it either. Now, after using it for a few weeks, I’ve noticed that although I’m always on top of things regarding new postings, I somehow get the feeling that a vital part of the blog-reading experience is missing when you’re simply reading the feeds. I do like the fact that all the stuff I’m interested in is bundled up like that, but sometimes I wonder if it weren’t better to stop by a site and be surprised by a bunch of new postings, instead of being informed all the time that actually there are new postings. I know, this doesn’t make much sense, and I think it’s a stupid thing to complain about, but is there anyone who thinks on similar tracks? If so, please comment.
