Tim of LibraryThing are implementing a number of LibraryThing/BookMooch integrations, including the ability to move/copy books between the services easily. I also added an API http://bookmooch.com/api/ for LibraryThing (and others) to use for this sort of thing.  I think we're a few weeks off from announcing some more LT/BM integration projects, and they're top on our priority lists.  You should be able to see from LT which of your books are wanted on BM, as well as which of your LT wishlist books are available on BM, all automatically.
