Well, I feel like a total nerd because I waited all day on the 6th, expecting a message on Digg or Slashdot that Google Calendar had launched. Sure as hell, that message never appeared.
Now, I’m still waiting for this calendar thing to launch, and I don’t even know why. Maybe it’s because I’ve started using the GTD system, and am still on the lookout for a perfect calendar solution. Or maybe it’s because I’m desperately waiting for a new Google app that’s not just mediocre.
In the meantime, check out these new services:
* Rallypoint – write documents and share them. Very smooth and easy, AJAX abundant.
* Boltfolio – share all sorts of media. Sounds simple, and I guess it is.
* LookLater – it’s like social bookmarking, only that it’s really quite antisocial. Great for globally storing bookmarks.
