   So does this mean that decency/non-sexism begins where the nipples are covered?
   And where is this anyway?

   It’s just outside Karlsplatz station…it’s on the side of the “Der Mann” container-like store.

   And well, I don’t know about the nipple issue…and since there’s no ad-copy or anything else on the image, I suspect it’s a campaign for an exhibition somewhere, in which case it’s art and everything’s justified
