I don’t know exactly what “Home Respiratory Care” does, but when the driver of a van which has that writing on the sides is smoking, is that a good or a bad sign?

It’s not a problem, unless it’s black smoke and there is flame involved. The “smoke” is condensed water vapor from the air having momentary contact with the super cold oxygen, or more accurately the pipes that delivered the oxygen.

I think they meant the driver was smoking a cigarette…. boy that was difficult :-/
