Today we finally got around to see “The Machinist”, starring an anorexic looking Christian Bale. Since seeing the trailer for this movie ages ago, I had wanted to see it. And I’m glad I finally did. It’s really atmospheric, all the people involved are perfectly cast, and it makes sense (in the end of course…so if you tend to leave movie-theaters halfway through a movie, don’t see it. Or even better, don’t see movies at all). So, if you want to see a movie reminiscent of David Lynch, but one which doesn’t let you down in the end, go and see it.
